I actually buy eggs every Saturday morning at the farmers’ market here in town. I’m not talking about the small hippie farm that has two dozen chickens and sells their eggs locally. I’m talking about the obviously huge commercial farms selling “cage-free” eggs in Wal-Mart, Target, etc. I was raised on a farm, and I appreciate a good homegrown egg for its color, freshness, size, etc. The mass produced “cage-free” eggs aren’t like that. Thank you for the suggestion, though.
