I agree, Jase. Unfortunately, sometimes in people’s efforts to support women, they become a little overzealous and wander into an area that begins to send a disempowering message. We do want to look out for, support, and defend women who are being victimized by sexism and misogyny, but we do not want do artifically push the assumption of “victim” status on every woman in every situation.
